We are able to deliver goods to any UK mainland address. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non mainland addresses will incur additional Carriage charges of a minimum £60 and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Due to the remote location of certain places, we are unable to give definitive delivery times. In these cases we will arrange for local couriers to arrange actual delivery dates with you.

Delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will endeavour to deliver your items within the times shown on the website. Within 48 Hours you should receive an email confirming your order. Once we have an approximate delivery date a sales team member will contact you directly to arrange delivery with you. On the rare occasion that there is a delay with your item or items, we will let you know as soon as we know. We have put down realistic delivery times of all items on our website and want our customers to be 100% confident that once we give a delivery date we will give 110% to ensure your item or items arrive. All our delivery times are in most cases quicker than you would get from a high street store and are based on manufacturing production times.

If the delivery date we offer you is not suitable just speak to our sales team and we will do our utmost to arrange an alternative mutually suitable day. In the event that the only day suitable for delivery is a weekend, we are able to deliver on a Saturday. There will however be a minimum charge of £55 applicable, depending on the item and location. We are unable to offer Saturday deliveries to any of the following areas: Wales, Northern Ireland, & Scottish Islands. We are unable to deliver to Isle-of-Man, Isle-of-Wight, and Channel Islands.

Our sales team will be happy to answer any queries you have regarding weekend deliveries. Our Home assembly team will give a full demonstration of use of your new bed and remove all packaging and ensure your new bed is in full working order prior to them leaving. PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing a mattress and not a bed our delivery will be made by a national courier. In these instances our team will arrange a suitable delivery day with you. We are unable to remove packaging on all mattress only deliveries. REMOVAL OF OLD BED: Please ensure you have requested removal of your old bed when you placed your order. Due to space on the vehicle, removal cannot be guaranteed if you have failed to request it.

The delivery charge we make is a subsidised charge and does not reflect the true cost of delivering the items we sell. Should you wish to return an item please be aware that should you choose to use our carriers the charge will be a minimum admin and collection charge of £55.
